Change Agents in the Workplace

Syntax for Change is very pleased to invite you to Cultivating Change: Master Class for Change Agents in the Workplace, from May 6 to 22. This telesummit brings together some of the field’s leading practitioners, to support organizational change agents to do their best and highest work with clients.

This no-cost, virtual conference will allow you to learn from a select group of seasoned consultants and change agents who will share the most vital lessons of their careers.  Each one of them has agreed to provide a short, focused session to give invaluable insight into what they do and how they do it to produce effective change in organizations.  Their approaches include the fields of NLP, leadership coaching, neuroscience, mindfulness, communication and collaboration, design thinking, influence, embodied change, and internal consulting.

The telesummit is for you if:

  •   Your work is to help change culture and systems in a deep way, beyond superficial behaviors
  •   You already have basic or advanced skills in organizational change, yet you are curious to learn from others who will share their successes and failures
  •  You seek deeper knowledge of human development and organizational dynamics from a range of perspectives.
