The Syntax (R)evolution

Using Yourself as the Instrument of Change

How many efforts to bring about change fall apart when it comes to people’s actions?

It’s time for a (R)evolution in the ability to collaborate well.

The Syntax for Change equips everyone to lead from where they are.

SYNTAX refers to the behavioral patterns that enhance or detract from our intended results in all areas of life.

Bring conscious competence to the skill sets you – and your clients – use to lead, coach, consult, and communicate.

We are introducing an intensive “workout” program for professionals. Each week, we focus on awareness and practice in one category of skills, which allows for many aha’s and outstanding learning experiences.  By the end of the series, you will have gained both confidence and clarity, and new ways to share your wisdom.
